We provide residential construction in Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Clarington, Brock, Scugog and Uxbridge. We also provide service to the Greater Toronto Area and to the City of Kawartha Lakes. There is no charge for this meeting. Once we fully understand what your project is we can provide an estimate for the build cost and the cost of construction management. We are aggressively competitive in pricing and always work very closely with our clients to meet their budgets.
The first step is to coordinate the design and drawings for your project. From the project drawings and in consultation with the clients we complete an initial estimated budget total to determine how it aligns with the clients expectations and intentions for the build size and finish level. Once approved the drawings and specifications are sent out to all of our suppliers and trades for definitive pricing. Then we build a transparent spreadsheet showing line by line costs for every component of the build so the client can see where every dollar is allocated. There are no hidden fees or costs which allows the client to have complete control over the budget.
Once the budget has been completed the building process begins! We provide construction management from building permits and variances/pre-construction approvals through to the completed project and final inspection. We manage the flow of materials, skilled trades, and inspections and provide every invoice to the client for approval and payment. Clients are always encouraged to be as involved as they like in all aspects of the construction process. We also provide up to ten years of after-build service.

Each project is different depending on the size and the complexity of the build. Timelines for each project will be discussed at the initial meeting.

Each project is individual depending on their size, complexity, detail and nature (whether new work or renovation) and each need to be assessed for cost separately. However, initial on- site consultation is always free where we can make an assessment of the work required and provide an estimate for the build cost and the cost of construction management. We are aggressively competitive in pricing and always work very closely with our clients to meet their budgets. Most potential clients are pleasantly surprised by our quotations given the quality of our work.
Do you offer any guarantees?
All of the work that we perform will meet or exceed applicable building codes and by- laws. All projects that we undertake are guaranteed to be completed as quickly as conditions will allow and on budget.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We are fully covered for liability insurance.

Virtually any residential projects are within our area of service. These include custom homes, additions, renovations, second storeys, basement walk-outs, apartments, moving houses, subdivision development, cottages, garages, lofts and any other residential projects that you can think of.
